To create and edit a personal profile:
1.Click Manager’s Profile in the Edit box. This opens an Edit
Your Profile window.
2.Create and edit full name, e-mail address, and phone number.
3.Click Save Changes to complete the profile.
To create and edit a team profile:
1.Click Team in the Add box. This opens an Add Team window.
2.Create or edit Team Name, a brief Team Description (such as
U10-Boys, Div II), sport type, address of the team, and coaches’
names and e-mail addresses.
3.Click Save Changes to complete the profile.
To create and edit a basic player profile:
1.Click Player in the Add box. This opens an Add Player window.
2.Create or edit Player’s name, jersey number, names and
e-mails of parents or guardians.
3.Click Add Player to complete the profile.
To retrieve detailed player profile from parents:
1.Click Retrieve Info from parents button under the players list.
This opens a Retrieve Information from Parents window.
2.Click Retrieve Information from Parents to broadcast e-mail
solicitations to addresses included in the basic player profile.
Follow these instructions to create and edit a game profile:
1.Click Game in the Add box. This opens an Add Game window.
2.Create or edit an Opponent Team Name, location of the game,
date game played, final score, and salient statistics about each
player. A player missing from the game can be left blank.
3.Click Add Game to complete the game profile.
To create and broadcast a survey:
1.Click Survey in the Add box. This opens an Add Survey window.
2.Name the survey and create a short description of the survey.
Example name and descriptions may be tournament name and locations/dates.
3.Fill out up to ten questions relating to the survey.
4.Click Add Survey. This prepares the survey for broadcast now
or later.
5.You may choose to send out survey immediately by clicking Send
Out Survey now.
6.Alternatively, you may choose to click Manager’s Home
Page.
To broadcast surveys later:
1.Click broadcast in the list of surveys created. This opens a
Send Out Survey window.
2.Click Send Out Survey to broadcast the surveys to e-mail addresses
in the player profile.
To prepare an event schedule:
1.Click Schedule Event in the Add box. This opens an Add Event
window.
2.Add Title and Description of the Event. An example Title could
be Practice session; an example Description could be “Scrimmage
Game against Team C”.
3.Use the drop down menu to specify Event Date.
4.Add Time of the Event.
5.Click Add Event. This action loads the Event details on the
Schedule menu in the View box for later viewing.
To view scheduled events:
1.Click Schedule in the View box. This opens a Search Schedule
window.
2.Specify Start and End dates of the schedule you wish to view.
3.Click Search Events button. This action lists the events scheduled
during the specified dates, starting with earliest to latest.
4.You may use the Back button of your web browser to return to
the Manager’s Interface page. (I suggest adding Return to
Manager’s Interface buttons to some of these pages that
do not have a return page.)
To send an e-mail broadcast:
1.Click Email Broadcast in the Communication box. This opens an
E-Mail Broadcast window.
2.Specify the subject and write your e-mail in the Message box.
3.All contacts for players and coaches are displayed and included
for distribution. Check off any recipient not desired for the
e-mail.
4.Click Broadcast E-mails. This action broadcasts the e-mail and
creates a copy in the E-Mail archive.
